The process is that we work with you, one on one, beginning by looking at the bigger picture of what is working and what needs to change in terms of your space, including functions, aesthetic and layout. 

Then we help you to decide which items to keep and which you no longer need. 

Next steps are for us to clear the clutter, organise your belongings and implement storage systems that work for you.

We help clear a property due to loved ones moving into a home, or after a death in the family.

We offer a sensitive and supportive service during what can be a very difficult and emotional time. 

We can help with decisions on personal possessions and organising the clearance of items for rehousing, charities and recycling as required. 

We are able to help with what can feel like an overwhelming task and make the process seem much lighter.

We work alongside the client with discretion, giving you the time and space to consider your possessions.

Between us we have over 15 years experience of letting houses and we can advise you on how best to arrange your home ready for sale, rental or short holiday lets such as AirBnB. 

Home staging is a simple and effective way to make sure your home stands out to ensure a quick sale or rental. 

Staged properties will allow prospective owners to envision themselves living there whether they are viewing the property in real life or looking at photos online. 

For some homes, there is very little decluttering to do. This is where a home styling service can be useful. 

It is not the same as an Interior Design service but does offer the opportunity to look at ways  of enhancing your home.

We can offer advice on :

• Creating the aesthetic you are looking for or that has been lost
• Setting up a new nursery
• Working from home
• Creating space for new equipment as the family grows
• Sorting through old and unused clothes and toys

• Ensure tenants’ references meet relevant criteria 
• Prepare tenancy agreement  
• Arrange pre-tenancy clean 
• Arrange check-in inventory (this cost is paid directly to inventory company) 
• Arrange repairs & maintenance 
• Negotiate tenancy renewals 
• Act as liaison between landlord and tenant 
• Carry out annual Gas Safety inspections and check carbon monoxide alarm 
• Arrange interim inspections if requested 
• Advise landlord where to protect your deposit (in registered scheme) 
• We can pass on costs of repairs directly to you - as and when they happen - or you can give us a float and we pay directly from that. Either way all invoices will be stored and kept track of in a spreadsheet and then passed on to you (as you will need this for your Self Assessment Tax)
